Honest, responsive and genuinely great to deal with

I had a great experience dealing with Tim Hansen from Harcourts when buying my new place in Millwater. What stood out most was Tim’s honesty and the way he communicated throughout the process. His follow-up was always appropriate and helpful without ever becoming pushy or irritating, which I really appreciated. He was responsive, followed through on what he said he would do, and was straightforward and no-nonsense in all his dealings with me. He was also excellent at solving the little issues that inevitably come up along the way. One small example that says a lot about him: when he was late for an appointment, he arrived with a coffee voucher to apologise. Completely unnecessary, but a thoughtful gesture that reflected the way he approaches his clients. I’m incredibly happy with the home I bought and with the experience overall. Tim is personable, honest and very easy to deal with, and I’d happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
