Thoughtful and responsive

Misaki was wonderful to work with, extremely communicative, thoughtful and pragmatic about how to address the myriad of issues that inevitably occur during a house purchase. She was very patient dealing with the fact that I was in a different time zone and always responded with updates as soon as she had them. Awesome agent

We used Nic Ebert to help us buy our special home on the shore, and it was a no brainer for us to use him to sell the same house some 20 years later. Nic and his helper Misaki both worked hard to help us get the house ready and then marketed in in the best way to maximise our return. We had two very difficult problems involving an error by the Council in the LIM report, and a CCC that required engineers carry out work on our site and many hours pulling it all together and finally getting it over the line. Without Nic I can say that we would not have been able to see the sale through. For a person who is honest, caring , diligent and friendly I can totally recommend Nic (and Misaki)
