Misaki was wonderful to work with, extremely communicative, thoughtful and pragmatic about how to address the myriad of issues that inevitably occur during a house purchase. She was very patient dealing with the fact that I was in a different time zone and always responded with updates as soon as she had them. She was able to anticipate potential issues before they even arose and provide potential solutions or alternatives.
