Excellent Job Marketing My Home!

The Chico and Maree team did a VERY excellent job of marketing my home right from day one when we discussed the possibility of selling, over a coffee. Chico touched base occasionally during the 6 months or so before I decided to go to market and I never once experienced any pressure. They complimented each other nicely and supported me throughout the whole process – touching base frequently and keeping me updated with the feedback. Chico did a great job keeping me grounded, setting expectations and presenting facts - supported by examples. Maree did a fab job assisting with the house staging – advising me on what to do to improve the saleability, providing pieces for the staging and working with the staging consultants until she was satisfied with the result.
