Excellent Job Marketing My Home!

The Chico and Maree team did a VERY excellent job of marketing my home right from day one when we discussed the possibility of selling, over a coffee. Chico touched base occasionally during the 6 months or so before I decided to go to market and I never once experienced any pressure. They complimented each other nicely and supported me throughout the whole process – touching base frequently and keeping me updated with the feedback. Chico did a great job keeping me grounded, setting expectations and presenting facts - supported by examples. Maree did a fab job assisting with the house staging – advising me on what to do to improve the saleability, providing pieces for the staging and working with the staging consultants until she was satisfied with the result. The end of all of this - the very best deal was negotiated resulting in an awesome sale price.
