We were so impressed with Jodene and Matt's services in helping us to sell our home. From the start they were very professional, listened to our requirements, and gave realistic, non-hyped advice on our home's value and the best approach to achieve a sale. Thankfully, we did achieve a sale, in the proposed timeline, at a price we were happy with. In short, they delivered what they said they would. We highly recommend their services if you are serious about selling your home. Don't get duped by lofty promises and unrealistic valuations - work with reality and you will avoid much disappointment. Can Recommend Jodene and Matt
Thank you Jodene and Matt for joining us in the process of selling our property. We chose Jodene and Matt as the property was a large area of subdividable land and the house and 4 car garaging needed an experienced Team of Two to handle during open homes. The whole situation was a little more complicated than normal yet despite this they managed to achieve an acceptable sale for us. Their communication during the sale process was excellent and they kept us informed every step of the way. The decision of who to appoint for the marketing and sale of your property cannot be taken lightly especially in the upper end price bracket for this area. I am happy for other prospective owners to consider my reference as a third party reassurance of the level of service you can enjoy employing Jodene and Matt.
