This is the second time we have used Chris to sell our property and he has once again delivered a fantastic result for us. His communication was outstanding, we knew what was happening every step of the way. Chris was prompt in following up with all potential buyers and keeping us up to date on the potential buyers status. He also has great market insights, all of his recommendations were right on point. We saved time and money not working on things that wouldn't positively affect the sale and also got clear direction toward things worth doing/fixing. He was proactive offering us options, solutions and contacts to get things done quickly and efficiently all for the best outcome. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again and will certainly recommend him to any of our friends or family when they need an agent.

I would highly recommend Davina for marketing and selling property. Her sound advice throughout the entire process was greatly appreciated - this combined with her enthusiasm, hard work and experience resulted in obtaining an amazing price. She even went to the extra trouble to get the right people in to get a problem sorted during the campaign. Davina put in a lot of extra time to get as many buyers as possible through the property. She also kept an eye on my well-being right through a very stressful time and even offered to help in other ways. I cannot praise her enough. Mark was really helpful in helping us buy our first home.
