As a rural lifestyle property buyer I found James a truly lovely agent to work with. To summarise ,he worked with the vendor and me to bring us together on price which satisfied us both. His professionalism and friendly communication skills are impeccable. We ended up having an “as is “ clause in the property agreement which was a bit daunting for me, as the property was a new build. However James and his other team member, Mark ,went over many of the issues with me ,which were mostly very minor. Then he has organised a builder who knows the property intimately to meet with my handiman and me to go over all the building report issues and all the smart home technical things. I couldn’t imagine a better agent to work with ,and would highly recommend him , if you are thinking of selling your property on the North shore .
