The sale of 17 Humenga Place went very smoothly. It received an offer as soon as it was listed on the market. Through the agent’s hard work and negotiation, the buyer agreed to increase the purchase price. The original agreement was for settlement in three months, but the agent successfully persuaded the buyer to bring the settlement forward. As a result, the property settled in about two weeks instead of waiting for three months. Thanks to her persistence, our property was sold very quickly. If you’re selling a home in Long Bay, Ming Liu is a trustworthy and reliable agent whom I would highly recommend.
