Was an easy purchase. As the sale was an off market sale there wasn't too much stress with purchase. When we sold our home Ming showed us various other houses but when we said we wanted a downsize property on one level, parking for the caravan plus preference to stay local Ming showed us the house we ended up buying. It is prefect and exactly what we were looking for. The process took about a month and was settled very quickly.

Ming, Harry and the Harcourts team worked very hard for us and their local knowledge proved invaluable making sure both us and the buyers got a positive outcome. Why were they so good: -Expertise - They found an issue with our LIM report and advised us on how to fix it, even drafting the request to Council making sure we used the right language. -Patience - we put the sale of our house on hold for 3 months and Ming didn't put any pressure on us to hurry up. -Great Communication. Harry and Ming took extensive notes on each potential buyer and their follow up and kept us in the loop with every conversation -Transparency - Ming was very transparent and honest in the negotiation phase of our sale. We felt like we were getting all of the information, and she supported both us and the buyer in the transaction leaving everyone feeling happy with the final agreement 5 stars would use the team again!

We walked around outside the house. We went to 4 open homes that day. Davina picked up on our enthusiasm for the house, and drove half an hour to show us through. Again, she understood our level of keenness, and got a multiple offer ready for us, knowing that another offer was also under way. in 24 hours from viewing, we secured the purchase! Davina understood we were very intent on the property, and coached us, with the assistance of a senior colleague, on the necessary strategies versus the risks. Davina continued to be in touch and helpful in the weeks until completion. Providing contacts for the lawn-mowing contractor and local tradespeople to start the revamp process. Reminding us to organise insurance and service providers and so on. Offering to open the house for people doing quotes for us. Above and beyond expectations, and always cheerful positive.
