Open, thorough and engaged agent, focused on success

Prasanna first engaged us when doing a flyer drop around the neighbourhood walking his dog. It was clear from the outset that he was aiming for a localised and more community minded approach, which we appreciated. He is a personable agent, and worked hard to understand our needs. It was a shame that the timing of our sale meant we'd hit the bottom of the market, but Prasanna was upfront and informative all the way through supporting in every way he could. We felt he worked hard on our behalf with prospective buyers, and really worked them to get us a fair sale in the end. I would recommend Prasanna to others looking to sell no problem.
