Very friendly and helpful
Shaun was very good with us as it was our first sale and we had lived at the property for a good number of years, he didnt put any pressure on us and handled everything very professionally ,all we had to do was sit back and let him do all the work the house sold very quickly and to our satisfaction, we would recommend Shaun to any other person wanting to sell their home

Great service from Shaun
When I decided to sell my apartment, I contacted Harcourts straight away, knowing they were the people to get things done. Shaun was in contact with me straight away and has been amazing to deal with from the get go. He came by to see my apartment and explained all relevant documents. Everything was broken down and communicated amazingly. We had a small hiccup with the neighbor deciding to sell their apartment at the exact same time, however Shaun managed to turn this into a positive and use it to our advantage. We had multiple open homes and great feedback with digital marketing. As recommended by Shaun, we decided to go with auction. I was a little apprehensive as I had heard mixed reviews about going to auction, but Shaun definitely helped me to see all of the positives. Shaun stayed in contact with me every few days in that month leading up to the big day and managed to get people through the door leading right up until the day before the auction. The night of the auction was a roller coaster of emotions. Shaun was amazing and kept the auction flowing on. He helped my top bidder to bid over the phone as they were unable to make it on the night, we all went back and forth and ended up with a successfully sold apartment! I couldn’t have been happier and I could tell Shaun was genuinely happy for me also. Shaun was always very genuine and had my best interests at heart, he really saved the night when it came to crunch time. I would definitely go back to Shaun and Harcourts for my next property sale. Thank you again Shaun, I could not have done this without you!

Shaun is a very friendly agent
Shaun was very professional in organizing a time for me to view the property. He liaised between the seller and I with ease, and we quickly came to an arrangement re the S&P. Shaun was always very courteous throughout the process, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is selling.

Shaun brought a cheerful, positive approach to the business of selling our house. His knowledge of the market, in particular in our area, and his frank advice about how to present our property, was very reassuring. Regular feedback about viewings and open home attendance were provided to keep us "in the loop". Shaun also quickly realised that the cat was an important part of the process and ensured that "Oscar" was happy with progress. (You passed your CAT Scan Shaun!!). We would recommend Shaun to anyone who is planning selling their property.

great, the best team that we have used.
Anna and her team, were on to the sale immediately despite thhe original plan not going to well ,we pulled the sale off of the market. However Anna persisted , we set out a new plan, and within a week we had sold the house , with a great result for us. The aftercare from Anna is also first class, we left a few items that we couldnt use at our new home, the new owners did not want to use them. Anna contacted us and ,said that she would arrange removal, great.
