A+ Amazing!
When we approached Anna, she was extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the selling process and her plan of attack for selling our home. She sat down with us and stepped us through a detailed and personalised plan for selling our property, whilst also allowing us to have as much input as we wanted, and explaining details to ensure we could make informed decisions. Once on the market, and throughout the entire process, Anna diligently provided detailed and thorough updates. These kept us informed of exactly how we were progressing and where we were at with interest and potential offers. Once in the negotiating phase, Anna was spectacular at explaining each detail and, again, this ensured we could make informed decisions. In a quieter market, Anna got us sold in a very quick timeframe and ensured it was a smooth stress free process. We couldn’t have asked for better.

Great attention to detail, great result!

I'm not one normally to write reviews, however, Shaun Bloch from Harcourts Hobsonville has exceeded our expectations. Shaun has been so very helpful from start to finish and continue to help resolve any issues that occurred in the first few weeks of moving into our new property. Shaun has consistency gone above and beyond his job description, from recommending a trusted builder, to correct a few issues in our old home before listing with Harcourts, to recommending a building inspector that proved most helpful in our search for a new property. What began as a rather stressful chore, selling our existing property and upsizing to a newer home, became much less stressful with Shaun’s guidance and Mantra- I’m here to make your life easier…. Would highly recommend Shaun and using Harcourts! Less stress, extremely knowledgeable with the area’s we both sold and purchased in. Great advice with dealing with lawyers etc. If only more people cared in the standard of work they do as Shaun does, I have already passed Shaun Bloch's info onto my friends.
