Nick was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He was always there for us, regardless of the day of the week or the time, constantly going the extra mile and checking everything twice to make sure nothing was missed. Even before our property search became serious, Nick was already helping us far beyond what we would normally expect from an agent. He proactively showed us different properties simply to help us build a baseline, understand what our budget could get us, and get a proper feel for the current Auckland market. And his help didn't stop once we found the house — he even helped us move things from our old place on the settlement day.
