We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Nick. He was truly God sent throughout our whole journey of finding our family home. From the very beginning, Nick was so proactive and encouraging. Even before we had our pre-approval from the bank, he encouraged us to start viewing houses so we could get a better understanding of what we really wanted and what was out there. We are truly grateful to her for helping us sell our house during a difficult time when the market was slow. Her extensive knowledge of the area, her network, and her active involvement were outstanding. Whenever the buyer requested minor repairs, she contacted Universal, the builder, and resolved everything perfectly. In particular, she went out of her way to ensure that I, a non-native English speaker, could communicate without any major difficulties.
