Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable about buying and selling property. He found us a great Auctioneer in Sam. We felt very comfortable with them both and knew they would do their best for us as we had not sold by Auction before. Nick has many years property experience in the West Harbour/Hobsonville area and his knowledge, expertise and advice was very welcome. Sam's insights into bidding at auction was most informative. We purchased our new family home from Nick. His market knowledge was sound for the area and advice he gave. He was good with paperwork throughout the negotiation process, but did sometimes need prompting for updates. Overall, our experience was relatively smooth, however settlement day was very underwhelming for us. We were left with what felt like an 'abandoned' property (door unlocked), no one to meet us and having to go and fetch the key ourselves from the offices. It felt like a bit of a let down for what should have been a special 'handover' moment.
