I primarily worked with Richard, despite working for the vendor he was very proactive in seeing how he could help me along the process, actively went back to the vendor with questions and overall, made the process easier and less stressful. Both Richard and Abbey were prompt when it came to setting up home visits and in responding to any queries or messages I sent them.
