The communication and knowledge of the market was outstanding, we were out of the country so we had to take a leap of faith and trust Abbey and Richards judgement on different things that arose. Our trust was well placed, communication was quick and concise. Our journey started 6 months prior to going to market with a walk through to discuss what was worthwhile doing to tidy the property and what we should just leave.
