Abbey (and Richard) have been working with us since the start of the year, achieving a sale on our property recently. I particularly appreciated Abbey's honest appraisal of the property, preferring a realistic rather than aspirational account of the property value in the current market. Abbey was always positive about the potential to achieve a satisfactory outcome despite the challenging market. I personally found she has high integrity, which is something not always apparent when I was out looking at places.
