About Rebekah

I’m Rebekah Estreich, the General Manager for 23 Property Management. With over 20 years of experience in the housing and property management industry, I’ve had the privilege of building a career that started with Kainga Ora (Housing New Zealand), where I worked closely with community groups in the maintenance division. My journey through various key roles allowed me to grow my core skills, eventually becoming a trusted senior tenancy manager. In that role, I mentored and coached team members and developed a strong expertise in Tenancy Tribunal matters. In 2013, I joined a small team of three at Harcourts, and with my strong work ethic, industry knowledge, and experience, I helped grow the team to seven property managers and two accounts/administration staff. My goal-oriented approach has led to consistent recognition at the Harcourts quarterly awards, where I regularly rank in the top 10 for the Northern region and the top 20 nationally for property managers. Outside of work, I’m passionate about competitive sports. I love coaching, managing, umpiring, and playing netball during the winter, and in the summer, you’ll find me on the court for indoor netball or on the field for softball This culminated in Bex becoming a trusted and respected senior tenancy manager, mentoring and coaching other members of her team, and being a respecting authority on working with Tenancy Tribunal matters, giving her a strong skillset in all maters relating to tenants. With her strong work ethic, industry knowledge and experience, she helped grow the team to seven property managers and two accounts/administration staff. Bex is a goal-orientated achiever, and is a consistent achiever at the Harcourts quarterly awards, ranking regularly top 10 for the Northern region and the top 20 for property managers nationally. Bex likes to play competitive sport and workout in her down time. She coaches, manages, umpires and participates in netball through the winter and plays indoor netball or softball through the summer.

Our experience with Harcourts and Debbie is Excellent and Professional

Hi Harcourts team, We are one happy tenants choosing Harcourts as our agent. Debbie is very friendly and have all the required inforamtion about the property. Well knowledged about the house and other services at house. Provided nice recommendations and our first inspection also went well with Debbie. She is kind-hearted and answers to our calls and emails immediately. Couple of other friends also recommended us with Harcourts and I have my best friend working with Harcourts as well. Exceptional service by Debbie

We tried to get in touch with the previous agent assigned to this property several times and when she called us as per our request she wasn't as helpful as we expected. Upon our inquiry on whether the apartment was furnished she said it wasn't and that she thought it did not suit our needs. We were very keen on seeing the apartment as we fell in love with the area so we tried again to get in touch with the agents, which is how we got connected to Debbie. She was extremely helpful and was promptly able to arrange a viewing for us. Her manner made us feel at ease and she answered all our questions without hesitation. She was knowledgeable , professional and made the process beyond easy for us.

Couldn't fault the service

We had a great experience working with Harcourts to rent our apartment in Parnell. We were new to the whole process so we appreciated the care, patience and professionalism provided. They understood the market and provided honest advice - never overpromising but always overdelivering. Our agent was with us every step of the way and we know that our new tenants also had the same quality experience. We were never left waiting or wondering "what's next" and questions were answered promptly and thoughtfully. Our agent took care of so many pre-leasing things like access for tradespeople and making sure everything was up to code. We have also used Harcourts Twentythree for selling properties and have had the same quality and care from the agents. We have highly recommended Harcourts Twentythree to our friends and family.

Excellent work by Debbie

Debbie Roberts provided us with a very professional , thorough and friendly service for renting our property. She was always available to discuss any questions we had and made sure the property met all the requirements for a successful rental agreement. We have been very pleased with the tenants she selected and are happy to have her as our Property Manager.
