Jackie and Jane provided excellent service while selling my house. Jackie was my main agent and she kept me updated regularly and supported me through the process. We often met for coffee to discuss the campaign. It was a bit daunting as I had not sold a property for 25 years before this. Jackie has great instincts for the market which helped keep me au-fait with what was happening and what to expect. The end result could not have been better when Jackie and Jane sold my house in a difficult market to the right buyer. Our experience of buying a house (our first time in New Zealand at least) with Jane and Jackie was a very happy experience. The professionalism they showed with regards to both us and the sellers made for a smooth and harmonious journey, with no obstacles or nasty surprises surfacing at all. They made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the process, and seemed (to us) to be willing to deal with any and all requests that we raised if they were possible at all.
