Disappointed

We are disappointed with our purchase and want to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. In our view, the relationship between the Body Corporate manager (Community Collab) and the developers created a situation that did not feel transparent, and several issues only became apparent after settlement. Andrew was friendly during the sale process, bragging he knows the in and out of the building, but important information was not disclosed to us or other buyers including a roof leak and a conflict of interest involving the Body Corporate manager and the developers. On paper everything appeared legitimate, but what we have experienced since moving in is something no buyer should experience. Please take the time to do thorough due diligence and ask detailed questions about the Body Corporate, maintenance history, and any potential conflicts of interest. Hope this help someone 😊.
