A fantastic team
Cecilia and Betty were professional friendly and easy to deal with throughout our purchase. We really appreciated that there was no hard sell. They communicated well kept things moving between us and the vendor and did their best to get answers to our questions. They also deserve credit for bringing four groups of unconditional bidders to auction in a flat market especially when selling outside their usual area. They generated a bit more competition than we’d hoped for as buyers but credit where it’s due! Thanks Cecilia and Betty for facilitating the purchase!

Can’t ask for more - highly recommended!!!!!
What more can you ask having presented four bidders at the auction and property sold at a price exceeding expectations during this market downturn. With Cecilia and Betty as our listing agent, we knew we were in good hands right from the start. They have good insight of the market, they understand how to present the home in a way that highlights its strongest features. It is no surprise that there were around 50 groups of buyers who came through during the campaign especially in this market! Their communication was exceptional. They constantly updated us, explained feedback from viewings, answered our questions promptly etc. Not only did they keep us well informed, they were attentive to potential buyers, to help facilitate their interest in the property. Their good communication also extends to other professionals involved in the sale, helping everything progress smoothly. Not only that, they always went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of. When unexpected issues arise, they remained calm and worked with all parties to find practical solutions. You can count on them to turn the situation around! Home buying and selling is a very stressful process, but their guidance and support made the process so much easier. We couldn’t have done it without Betty and Cecilia!!!
