Absolutely Amazing Team!

Andrew and Helen were a great team and made us feel very welcome and settled as buyers in the market. Andrew's market knowledge, attention to detail and friendly manner gave me confidence in house sale.

I liked the video he produced for Instagram, it was eye catching and showed his personality. Andrew talked me through the appraisal and explained the house sale process in detail which gave me confidence that he was the right agent for me. I liked how he kept in touch after each viewing and open home with numbers and details of potential buyers. I felt I was informed at all stages of the selling process and this helped me feel more relaxed and I could enjoy the process instead of feeling stressed. I wasn't confident about going to auction but Andrew explained the benefits of it and I was able to make the correct decision to go to auction after our discussion. Overall I would say that Andrew was an attentive and friendly agent who showed how well he knew the market and how he understood how buyers approached viewings. I was able to prepare the house for sale, obtain a builders report and leave Andrew to his job.
