Ann's market knowledge is spot on, she is well worth listening to. Her communication is excellent, clear and timely, and she is totally professional and trust worthy. We had a sale that was complicated and drawn out because of title issues. Throughout the whole process Ann (and her associate, Kristal) was there for us.
