Allan is very keen to make sure all communications are kept up to date between ourselves and the Vendor. He is knowledgeable with the area and could help and guide us with most question we had. If he did not know certain things, he made it his priority to find out and get back to us very promptly. Allan's negotiations skills were great. If it was not for him to negotiate between the Vendor and ourselves, if could have been a different outcome.
