Trustworthy, honest and calming agent

Grant was a very good communicator throughout the whole process of selling our parent's house. He was very transparent and regularly kept us up-to-date on how the open homes were going. He gave us honest feedback and advice as to what we needed to do along the way. I know Grant worked very hard, and did a lot of extra work behind the scenes as we had a lot of groups through, and many people revisiting the property. Grant also explained the auction process to us very well and was a very calming influence on auction day.
