Honest and professional
We immediately liked Belinda, which made us nervous as we were buying and didn't want to be emotionally involved! Belinda was incredibly honest and really helpful and flexible helping us to complete our due diligence. Extremely grateful and looking forward to joining her neighbourhood.

Easy to work with

Great work by Bec Whitley
Bec did an amazing job with what proved to be a difficult buyer. The price she was able to sell the property for was probably a bit more than I expected in this difficult market. I was able to leave the whole process of selling in Bec's capable hands. Great work Bec !

Fantastic agent. Highly recommend

Efficient, effective and a problem solver
Belinda owned the process from beginning to end - we simply sat back and watched. My advice would be to trust in the (her) process, don't cut corners, enable Belinda to do her work and you'll get results. We engaged Belinda because she gives you straight forward, direct and honest feedback. She doesn't mind being wrong, and will give her best point of view. Belinda gave thoughtful advice regards the market opportunity she believed existed for us to sell; timing, value and type of audience to appeal to. She offered further advice on the marketing and presentation of the home. We then had to do very little (other than the usual open home malarkey) through to negotiation. We were offered good advice and a considered set of options to take us through the negotiation process - at this stage Belinda brought in colleagues to offer alternative points of view. Belinda uses people around her well to bring deeper experience as needed through the process Was a great experience and we actually had quite a lot of fun through out the process
