Dealing with Mark was an absolute pleasure. As well as doing the basics well (good communication, prompt responses and being straight forward to deal with) he also assisted with providing some valuable assistance in other areas such as RMA and building regs. This was an important purchase for our family and Mark worked in a constructive manner to get the deal agreed and to take any stress out of the completion process. I think it also helped that we were a great buyer ;) !
