When we met Looie and Tracey, we had already talked to a couple of agents from other brands and had two completely different views of the market in our area and we looking for a third to try and make sense of what we were hearing - Looie and Tracey did that and it gave us real confidence to move forward. Their professionalism and team work was great and they both provided unique insights and their own strengths…we really appreciated their help simplifying our home for listing. Who knew the market was going to be like it was from that point forward……even though it was tuff, Looie and Tracey continued to work with us to adapt marketing plans and open homes to attract potential buyers, but also balanced some down time to refocus and rethink plans as the market continued to change.
