Highly and unreservedly recommended!
We would highly and unreservedly recommend Lucy and Gary as Albany Real Estate agents. We found them very friendly, caring, down-to-earth, straight-up honest, professional, effective, and efficient. They are extremely knowledgeable of our local area, where they have operated for over 20 years. One Hundred percent plus plus plus
Any hiccups we experienced such as, Covid ,Market instability ,and irratic Buyers ,was totally out of our Agents control … Nigel’s Stability and patience and advice ,helped us through this and we thank him for his professionalism. Above and beyond.
We are extremely pleased that we chose Lisbeth to be our agent for the sale of our Millwater home. She went above and beyond in all aspects to present our property for sale. Even though the open homes started very slow with Lisbeth's flexible and innovative campaign she managed to attract good numbers of prospective buyers in later showings. Following low interest at auction Lisbeth returned with committed buyers two days later. Her follow up service upon signing the sale agreement was exemplary.
