Georgia was recommended to us, and more than delivered on that recommendation. Throughout the process we felt that she was being guided by our instructions but actively looking for exciting and interested places to view within our budget. While absolutely professional, we found Georgia to be excited and engaged throughout our search, and she really was a pleasure to go and view properties with! Georgia knew what was (and wasn't) out there in our budget range, and was there to offer her knowledge as we refined our search criteria, without pushing us in any direction. When we had found the property we wanted, we benefited hugely from Georgia's industry experience through the auction process. As first home buyers we know a little, but without Georgia's plan to get the result we wanted I don't think we would have got there anywhere near as quickly as we did. We are both extremely glad Georgia was there with us through our search for a home, and would recommend her without hesitation.
