Nicky and her team were amazing. Nicky had a good knowledge of the area the property was in and had a good understanding of what houses in that area sold for, while the home was not perfect it did not matter to Nicky. Nicky and her team marketed the property to its best potential. Nicky's communication with regard to open homes and interest in the property was on point, I could not fault her for her professionalism, the team she works with were excellent if I had a query there was always someone available to answer. After the open homes the follow up was within an hour of the open home which was great to get the feedback so quickly and work out if anything needed to be done. They are a driven team and want to get the best for the Vendor and work very hard no matter what time of the day. The auction was done so well, they achieved an amazing sale price and the sale price would not have been achieved without the dedication of Nicky Malloy and her team. I would recommend Nicky and her team to anyone looking for an agent whether it is to sell a property or if you are looking for a property to buy. Will use them again in the future.
