Under promise and Overdeliver

From the moment we first met Nicky we knew we were in good hands. We spoke with a few real estate companies given this was our first sale and Nicky was different. She didn’t over promise an unrealistic price to get our business, she was prompt with her communication, did her homework and was friendly and respectful. Not once did she push us to proceed but gave us honest recommendations. Selling a house is challenging letting alone the fact we went into lockdown as soon as we listed. Nicky worked her socks of to find us a good buyers, she kept us in the loop and took away the stress from us. She reiterated that she was available around the clock and was around for any questions we had no matter how silly. She has a great network of tradesmen if required and was polite and professional. If only Nicky was available in South Auckland (that’s where we are moving) as we would use her again without thinking twice. Highly recommended if you are looking for efficiency, prompt communication, hard work and achieving top dollar without over promising.
