Following a very stressful time with Auckland Council and our Red sticker Cat 3 home , we were very lucky and thankful to find a house through Bruce and Dale, in an area and community which provided us with the opportunity to settle into what we hope will be our last home. It is perfect in location, size, manageability and with family close by, very comfortable. We had looked at quite a few homes which were all beautiful but nothing which gave us everything we wanted and needed. The timing was stretched to the limit for settlement but worked out in the end. Bruce was giving us advise throughout the process and allowed us to bid at the auction with some confidence, which was only the second auction we had attended. We had to learn a lot very fast.

I bought the house with Inder 20 years ago and then i realised that he is the guy who has been selling the entire area. So just like he knows me, Inder knows the other people living in the area, he knows the houses, he knows the buyers and best of all he knows how to market to them. Inder pretty much described the buyer profile and I just followed all his instructions including when to sell, how to prepare the house, what not to do and exactly how the marketing was going to happen. He even gave me a heap of pointers about where to get good deals on staging and the benefits of refurbishing the right things. I still remember when i bought the house, Inder was in touch to see if everything was ok, even though he was acting for the seller.
