They are the best. They also helped out with my Golden Retriever at open homes when I was unable to. That are also helping me look for a new home. I would thoroughly recommend them. I chose them after interviewing 5 people, selecting them easily over the others due to their profane caring approach and I have never regretted my choice. They are also helping me look for my new home. And have been helpful with coping with my Golden Retriever as well.

The mistakes were all ours. We bought our next home before listing, we listed on the cusp of the worst market downturn since WW2 and then we turned down an unconditional offer for $65k higher than the eventual conditional offer we accepted. Throughout Bruce and Dale advised us well. Market knowledge they scored an A+ Communication they scored an A+ Professionalism they scored an A+ Over a 7-month period, they put our needs first despite the fact that our bad decision after 1 month meant they effectively spent the next 6 months working without any reward, other than getting a sale for us. I could not rate them any higher than 100 out of 100.
