If you want an agent who cares about you and your home rather than just a sale Inder is the man for you. His experience of the market is 2nd to none, combine this with his never sleep work ethic and you get an agent for life. He tells you straight up so there's no dishonest surprises like we experienced with a previous agent. Not Inder he is so honest from the get go and all the way through. We chose to use the services of Inder and Smita because they had been highly recommended by other satisfied members of our family over the previous six or seven years. We had lived in our house in Clearwater Cove for 28 so the decision to sell and downsize was a big, important one. Though it is a difficult time in national economics we felt Inder would be able to serve us well. He was very honest and didn't sugarcoat the likely outcome. In actual fact, after a brief but intense month long campaign he exceeded our expectations. He reported faithfully on viewers remarks, which in some cases were confronting to say the least. He reported frequently and assured us he was always on the end of the phone if we needed him. He worked tirelessly on our behalf even though it transpired he was in the midst of personal difficulties. We urged him to travel to India and forget about our sale but he refused to leave our job to anyone else and determined to stay until the auction. He and Smita did a fantastic job with more bidders than we expected, together with the Auctioneer, Aaron Davis the result was entirely satisfactory. Team Inder Tak is highly recommended by us, their promises fulfilled.

We had known Inder for five years and decided that he would be our preferred agent to market our property. Initially we did not want to go to auction but when Inder explained the option we saw the wisdom of his preference and decided that we would follow his experienced insights and go with his marketing strategy. As the process got under way we recognised his expertise in the quality of his presentation of the property, the depth of coverage and his ability to engage with clients and other agents to build interest in the property. This resulted in over 30 groups viewing our home. Our weekly updates were comprehensive and above all absolutely honest as he reported client's feedback, both positive and negative. As auction day approached, we sat down and had very honest discussions about our prospects, which, in the market situation, were well below what we were hoping for. As we considered the feed back and our hopes we set, on Inder's advice, what was a slightly optimistic but attainable reserve. On the day we sold; right on our reserve, which we consider was an excellent result in the day's market. Inder's reading of the client's mood and willingness to bid was pretty much spot on.
