Short, swift with a great result.
At Katie's suggestion we had a 2 week advertising campaign leading up to the (very successful) auction. This made the selling process simple and stress free which we truly appreciated. Working with Ben
Working with Ben, ‘with’ being the operative word. I thought he used his skills and expertise to work with me to sell the house. Not pushy, offered help and advice when asked, was seeking feedback throughout the process, was keen to be the seller and willing to help in whatever he could, such as looking after children, sweeping the deck, etc. Ben sold the house, and sold the house for me- I recommend him.

Our experience with Rhonda was nothing but positive right from the start.
This is our second time selling through Rhonda and again was a easy choice for us listing our equine lifestyle block with her equine experience and knowledge. Very approachable
We found Ben professional and friendly and keen to help with ideas to make house more appealing for buyers.....even offerd to help complete kitchen flooring. Very patient when at times we were very impatient and frustrated. Would definitely deal with Ben again in the future.

This was the first Occassion I have had Samantha as an agent
I found Samantha to be outgoing and knowledgeable on both properties I was shown by her. In the second instance she demonstrated good knowledge of the property and my requirements to coincide the forthcoming Healthy Homes leglislation. Her handling of the purchase process of the sale was handled in a professional manner. Communication skills were excellent as have been her follow up. Would have no hesitation in dealing with her on any future dealings.

Selling with Katie Gibbons
I have recently achieved the successful sale of my Blenheim property thanks to Katie. She is thorough in her approach to compiling a marketing strategy that works to attract buyers to a property, but that the seller is comfortable with. She was available to answer questions at any stage in the process, and gave great feedback. Harcourts also had up to date tools to give the property maximum exposure to a wide audience. Friendly, professional and honest service from start to finish
