The most that impressed me about the service I received was how patient Lauren was with me right throughout this process. Not once did I feel pressured or harassed whenever I would view properties with her and she took the time to understand my personal situation and worked on what I wanted first and foremost. We trusted Katie with the sale of our first investment property. Once the house was listed she took over all communication with the tenant and arranged everything that needed to be done.
