Martyn took us out in the sounds for the day. We had a great day out exploring sea based properties. He had lots of information he shared of the area. He also gave us good information if we brought a property such as barge cost, mooring and jetty requirements and water taxi and rough costs for these things. Martyn was very helpful both before our visit and after. He has supported us through our sale and we consider Martyn our first friend of the sounds :)

This is the second property that Rhonda has helped me and my husband sell and this time was a bit of a rollercoaster.
