Martyn was professional, honest and straight up front. We were searching over a period of approximately 18 months and he never once lost his enthusiasm or surety of finding us the right property. One must consider also that for most of our looking time we were living in Brisbane and so he would co-ordinate showing the properties in the time periods when we were going to be in New Zealand. If that wasn't enough, once we had decided to purchase our property and signed the agreement, all sorts of fish hooks popped up with council on the legal arena and Martyn gave 110 percent effort in assisting our lawyer with all of this. Now that we are approaching settlement and preparing to move in, Martyn is still there in the wings for us but we now consider him a friend. I now hold Martyn in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend him to others in the future.

At the end of January 2024 I listed with Amy Eyles a section for sale in the new development of Wai-iti, Blenheim. At that time many sections there were on the market. Amy suggested I take a premium package, which I did. There were two initial nibbles, that she followed up, then a gap.
