Samantha was on the same page as me from day one. She quickly worked out what I was looking for which saved me so much valuable time as I am usually frantic. Samantha was totally professional and genuine with negotiating between myself and the vendor, was always available and prompt when I contacted her and was excellent at explaining & solving anything that arose during the purchasing process. She has a naturally friendly and kind personality which I appreciated and nothing I asked was ever a problem. After 4 years of searching for the right property in the Marlborough Sounds, Martyn has helped us achieve our goal. Martyn is a bloody good kiwi bloke with a great knowledge of the Marlborough Sounds. Having his own boat to transport us to view potential properties made it so easy compared to us having to rent sea taxi's in the past with other agents. Martyn gives his honest opinion and we trusted that he wouldnt sell us a lemon. He is professional and very helpful with all aspects of the purchase to date. It’s a 6 hour drive for us up to the Sounds and Martyn couldn’t have been more flexible or helpful in arranging a property viewing and then a pre-purchase inspection for us - really appreciate him being so accomodating! A true gentleman to deal with and I would certainly chose him if we were selling our property up here. Martyn also arranged a lot of paperwork for us from the vendors - his communication is excellent.

Martyn really was the hidden asset to our sale. Going above and beyond an ordinary ‘land ‘ agents efforts by boating clients himself out to the property. This guy sure is a pro-active agent!. Martyn has fantastic communication,- he always kept us informed , put us at ease and we enjoyed a few good yarns too!. but his own extra time spent at work and his vast knowledge of the property and the area/location is invaluable.
