Martyn really was the hidden asset to our sale. Going above and beyond an ordinary ‘land ‘ agents efforts by boating clients himself out to the property. This guy sure is a pro-active agent!. Martyn has fantastic communication,- he always kept us informed , put us at ease and we enjoyed a few good yarns too!. but his own extra time spent at work and his vast knowledge of the property and the area/location is invaluable. There is often an opinion of Real Estate agents in many cases unfairly detrimental but, not with this lady. Her approach to both buyer and seller I found profoundly open and honest as if you were her friend and confident. This attitude in my experience was fairly applied to both parties during negotiations which were swift, clean and without any obvious dissolution whatsoever.

Jodi and Amy are an amazing team. When my husband and I first decided to sell our house, they were not the only agents we talked to before deciding. But they were the clear choice for us, even though they weren't the bottom price. They were down-to-earth and didn't try to hype us up with how much money they could sell our house for. They showed us proven marketing research and comparative pricing, and discussed what we could do to make the sale happen in line with our timeframe and financial goals. Other agents also tried to throw a huge to-do list at us full of little things (change all your lightbulbs! That tiny paint scratch is an issue!) whereas Jodi really helped me focus on what mattered. Furthermore, this has been a much longer process than planned due to some health issues on my part. Throughout it all, Jodi has been supportive, understanding, and has gone above and beyond to get me and my husband back together again in our next home. Even when it came to things outside of selling our house, such as buying the next one, she has done everything to answer our questions and give us help within her field of expertise. What could have been a very stressful time has been so much easier with her by our side. Worth every dollar.
