We chose to use Rhonda to sell our place after making an offer on another property she had listed. At first we thought maybe we should have waited longer, but we believe Rhonda helped us to get the best price/deal for our place. Throughout the due diligence period, Rhonda did a great job at relaying communications between the buyers and ourselves making sure things went as smooth as possible. It was a celebratory moment to get everything over the line, and we are very grateful for the part that Rhonda played in that.

Rhonda was great at communicating with us regarding the purchase of this property. We initially had no intention of moving but fell in love with the place. We had a 3 week holiday pre-planned before making the offer, and Rhonda was available for any and all questions on the phone whenever required. She kept us up to date with any new information and made sure we knew what was going on with the property. She followed up on all our queries and had answers within a timely manner.
