As this was our first home we had never sold a house before, Tanya made this process seem so easy, she was very patient and took us through every step explain the ins and outs of each stage of the sale, as an exmanager I understand the important of communication good, bad, busy or quiet communication from Tayna was fantastic, we felt we new everything that was happening how buyers were thinking and how we were doing keeping the house at a good standard for a sale, this did not stop once the house was sold, Tanya has kept in touch with us and helped when we were unsure of how to proceed or when we thought things didn't look right we contacted Tayna and in her patient and friendly manner she guided us through it.
