Barbara was great at communicating with us as we live out of town. Always an update after a viewing which was awesome. Lots of helpful suggestions in how to present the house for sale as well, would highly recommend her to other vendors!

We feel glad to meet Ronda as our real state agent , Before buying this property it was long journey for us of 2 and half year to get the right one but once we were in touch with Ronda just after 2 weeks the deal was done think about her ability by your self how good she is dealing with her Clint. The way she explain you clearly and share her idea to help her Clint as a new buyer i was so surprised even she is working for to sell the property she explain about property with being genuine like crystal clear water and her habit of being responsible to caring of her Clint , presenting and responding to customer call and text in any time and situation was one of the amazing achievements for us. There many more reason to explain about her but words aren’t enough to explain her. So I would like to recommend Ronda for all the one who is looking to buy property or sell the property never hesitate to catch up with this amazing , friendly , lovely , beautiful , kind heart lady and visit to her and do your deal done. Kind regards Prabin and Durga

Julian and India make a great team and were very knowledgeable of the Timaru market. My house took a bit longer than I would have liked to sell but Julian and India remained positive and reassured me along the way. Any questions I had were answered quickly and I received regular feedback about potential buyers.

Thanks Ann From open home through to purchase Ann was a great help, always there at any time to help out with the process. Ann was very helpful to us as buyers, but it was clear that she was working hard for her vendors to get the best results - just what you want in an agent! I’d recommend Ann if you are buying or selling as she will deliver on promises and go the extra mile to ensure that things go smoothly. Thanks 😊

Ann brings a wealth of experience to the table. (She has sold #29 3x now!) She also brings with her a great eye for detail, and will advise one as a seller on ways to prepare their property. Ways you won't have thought of. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Ann was very helpful in helping me purchase a new house, she listened to what I wanted and found the perfect house to suit my needs and budget. I found Ann went above and beyond and am very grateful to her. If I was going to sell or buy a house in the future Ann would be my first call.
