I am very happy with everything. Nothing was a problem for Stu he went all out to sell my place in these trying times. He has a nice friendly relaxed manner making you feel immediately at ease when first meeting him. The selling process made that much easier by a no pressure welcoming atmosphere along with a positive attitude.

It was great to work with someone who knew the local market well & gave us a good realistic estimated price range for the property. Stu helped with ideas to make the property more appealing to buyers & explained the whole selling process in plain english so we knew what to expect. Nic aimed for ' top dollars ' and from what I was expecting, she got me 'top dollars'. She answered my questions honestly, communicated well, was calm and relaxed, nothing was a problem for her , which was a great help for me. I think she would adapt easily to the many different personalities that she would face during her day
