Above and beyond
Chrissy was a fabulous help when selling our rental property. We are out of town investors, Chrissy facilitated staging and other services to ensure our house went to market in a strong position. Chrissy's appraisal in the initial stages turned out to be bang on and the selling process was very smooth with several offers received to create competition and draw out the best price. Chrissy knows the market; she was professional and showed integrity in all her dealings. Very happy with the process and outcome, highly recommend.

Great agent.
We listed with Janine cause she helped us find a rental when we moved to Geraldine. Very professional and down to eRth at the same time. Got a sale in three weeks. We opted for a asking price which Janine didn't try and dissuade us from to try a deadline sale. She is a great agent. If we were staying local we would use her again
