Subsequent vendor-encouraged pricing reduction to induce inquiry and meet the subdued winter market produced greater participation culminating in the presentation by Sarah of an acceptable offer which after minor adjustment we accepted. Throughout the economically difficult marketing period, and the winter months when fewer buyers are traditionally in the market, (in Geraldine at least), Sarah cheerfully and resolutely persevered with enthusiasm and professionalism and her reporting at all times was informative.
