7 months ago we first met Janine. At that stage we had decided to sell our property and buy a new one. She explained the process of selling our property in detail and with her help we decided on a strategy. At the same time she kept us informed about properties that came onto the market that may be suitable for our needs. Janine has a wealth of information, is extremely courteous and helpful. She always kept in close contact with us and we felt very relaxed with her at the helm of our journey through buying and selling. Any questions we had, were promptly answered, or if the answer was not readily available, she would make enquiries on our behalf and get back to us with the answer at the earliest opportunity. Even when the going got tough and many obstacles came our way, she was always there to support and reassure us. She is definitely someone we would consult again, if ever we were buying/selling in the future and we can highly recommend her to anyone who is considering buying or selling a property.
