Sarah went above and beyond when selling our house. Highly recommend.
Sarah was great when the time came to sell our much loved house. We appreciated her honest no nonsense approach. Sarah had our home cosy, warm and welcoming for every open home while we were away and even had it toasty warm for us on our return late in the evening. The sale of our home is a credit to Sarah and we thank her very much.

It turned out really good
Selling the house that has been a rental since 2012 was much looked forward to; maintenance jobs were done with some upgrades. Chrissy was a fabulous support as we worked through the jobs list and she once again helped with the staging to bring a tidy home to the market. The market itself was tough going with the Iranian conflict just getting going and being an election year plus a good number of houses in a similar price range being listed on the smallish market at the same time. Chrissy was positive and realistic, following up every lead. Going the extra mile creating a social media presence beyond the usual listing platforms. Absolutely recommend using Chrissy, her experience and professionalism shone through and got the sale over the line.
