Excellent communication and care
We had an excellent experience selling our home with Janine. Her communication was clear and consistent throughout, and she was always quick to respond to any questions. Chrissy has friendly personality and kept me well informed at all stages of the sale.
Chrissy put much time and energy into all viewings. She followed up with any viewers who liked the feel of the cottage but had not committed either way. Being a new chum to selling through an agent she helped me understand each step. The proof of her negotiation skills and professionalism is the sale of a very old cottage.

Professional, persistent and on my side.
Chrissy has been great from beginning to end of a long house sale process. From the beginning she listened to what I wanted from the process, supporting my decision making with her knowledge and experience. Chrissy has been incredibly persistent, continuing to hold open homes in spite of little interest from the market at times. She has always been prompt in communicating what was happening and making me feel I was completely supported by her and the Harcourt's Geraldine team.

Sarah had good knowledge of the surrounding area and how to market the property. Very good with communication skills. Answered every phone call, email, text message. Always professional and tactful. Went out of her way to light fires to make the house warm in the colder weather.
