Karl and his Team showed their knowledge of the housing market right from the start with a well prepared presentation which outlined what we could expect in terms of selling price time frame and the best sales option. They produced a very successful campaign which created a large number of prospective buyers at a time when the housing market was somewhat in the doldrums. Each of their open homes over the 4 week period produced double figure prospects viewing our home, which was an excellent result. The communication from Harcourts Howick gave us excellent feedback each week and both Karl and Rosey, kept us in touch with their progress regularly. Auction day came with a high number of bidders and interested parties turning up at the on the day. Karl`s suggested auctioneer was brilliant and managed both the bidders and onlookers with the just the right amount of business talk and light hearted banter which made the whole auction process very enjoyable for all who attended. I met Karl on an Open Day and never saw him again. I called him after and said I wanted to go back and view and he sent Bridget. I messaged him after that and said I had a couple of other properties I was considering and would get back to him and never spoke to him again.
